It doesn't have to be long, just a sentence or two. What about this? Have you ever told one of your leaders that what they wanted wasn't possible.only to find out later it was? Have you ever done something for a long time and then realized you could do it a better or faster way, but you just didn't know you could? ![]() This was revolutionary!!!! It didn't save me hours, but usually about an hour ever Saturday night and since every minute I spent editing on Saturday night wasn't a minute I'd sleep (because I had to wake up early and drive an hour to the remote campus), it rocked my world. Instead of editing it on Saturday night, I could play BOTH VIDEOS AT THE SAME TIME in ProPresenter 5. I'd put those two together and export a new video to play during the song. The video was comprised of two layers, the moving lyrics (kinetic typography, if you've ever seen that) and a moving background (like the motions from Church Motion Graphics, and others). ![]() This was a minor thing, BUT often took much too long, for how minor it was. So, the background colors needed to change. I think that the main campus would program a new set for each song, but the remote campus would reuse old sets, with a few minor tweaks. The problem was that the lighting people at the two campuses (campi?) would use different color schemes. That was my MAIN duty, BUT we would typically have one song that we called a "Preformed song" (your church might call it an Anthem), a song that the congregation didn't sing along with, but were supposed to experience. Every Saturday, I would go to our service and then, afterwards, edit the service so that I could play the recording Sunday morning. My church used to be a multi-site church.
